Forefront - web application not listed

If you have perfomed migration from SPS 2003 to MOSS 2007, or you have installed fresh copy of MOSS2007, and then you have installed Forefront for MOSS, you might get in position when you were not able scan or see your web application in the Forefront console, therefore Forefront was simply not working for that application.
The reason for this is that you have most probably renamed the web application in the IIS Console. Since web application has its name stored in MOSS and also in metabase, they MUST be same to allow Forefront access them. I know stupid bug.
So when you rename decription of the website in IIS the site will disapear in Forefront becasue it won't find a match in the MOSS. And as the MOSS web application cannot be renamed. The only solution is - delete web application in MOSS and create it once again with other name, or revert back to the name in IIS.
